Document Drafting has officially arrived in Boex.
You can now create Commercial Invoices and Sales Invoices directly inside the platform using a clean, guided interface, no external tools needed. Drafts save automatically, are simple to update, and can be issued or attached to a Bill of Exchange whenever you’re ready. One seamless flow from creation to execution.
Update/Amend Document Flow
Made a mistake? Need to adjust pricing or product details? No problem.
You can now fully update or amend issued documents, even if they’re already attached to a BoE. Boex automatically manages the amendment process behind the scenes, keeping your audit trail clear and your workflow smooth.
Xero Accounting Software Integration

You can now connect your Xero account directly to Boex. With a quick authorization, Boex can securely access the documents you already manage in Xero.

Smart Document Filtering
We only show you the documents that:

Documents older than a month are marked as “Due” and locked from selection — with tooltips that explain why.
