1. Automated personal verification process
We’ve partnered with OneID™ to make personal verification quick and easy using your financial institution. Once verified, your details are securely added to Boex—no extra steps needed.
New users can now breeze through personal verification with our automated flow.
Business users are able to be onboarded quicker
Your personal details are pulled directly from OneID and safely stored into the Boex platform—no extra steps needed.
Need to make a change? You can re-do personal verification any time you update your personal info.
We’ve strengthened the security around how invites work when sent from a Bill of Exchange.
2. General Enhancements
Once approved, users and businesses are now marked as “verified,” not “attested.”

Heads up:
If you add yourself as a key person, you might still see the older verification process pop up. We know this isn’t ideal and are actively working on making it smoother.
The Trade Director page doesn’t always load correctly. If you encounter this issue simply refresh the page.
